Our journey began not in a corporate boardroom, but on the shop floor. Our founder, Mr. Y. Gopinath, started with a passion for engineering excellence and a hands-on understanding of what it takes to build tools that last. From a single machine to a state-of-the-art 4000 sq. ft. facility, our growth has been driven by one simple principle: an unwavering commitment to our clients’ success.

Advanced CNC Machining: Our facility houses a range of CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) including COSMOS and JOHNFRORD models, and a massive FUTURO CNC Horizontal Machining Center (HMC) with a 360° rotary table, capable of handling components up to 3000mm.
Specialized Tooling Equipment: We are equipped with Jig Boring Machines, WMW Horizontal Boring, and Surface Grinding machines for critical tolerances.

We specialize in the precision manufacturing of mould bases for injection moulding and die casting (including HPDC and LPDC), as well as custom dies, jigs, fixtures, and press tools. We also provide high-tolerance custom job works for the aerospace industry.

Quality is integral to our process. We perform rigorous in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments and other metrology tools, to ensure every component meets the specified tolerances and quality standards.
We primarily work with various grades of steel (P20, H13, 4140, EN, etc.) and aluminum for different tooling applications. We can also source and machine other materials as per specific customer requirements.
